Online Health Networks getting Bigger!

Take a look at everydayHealth, a network dedicated to good health. Called the preeminent online health destination, everydayHealth was enhanced in October 2008 by a merger of Revolution Health and Waterfront Media.

This site focuses on maintaining good health, but there are articles and groups that support specific conditions and diseases as well. Check out the Revolution Health Multiple Sclerosis Support.

everydayHealth provides health information from A to Z, including active discussions, expert advice, and even recipes. There is so much to take in, but take your time. There is more.

is "combining forces" with Health Central., a leading publisher of online health

In a joint message from
Christopher M. Schroeder, CEO of HealthCentral and Ron Gutman, Founder and CEO of Wellsphere, they said, "Our communities offer unparalleled insight, practical advice, and inspiration for people who want to live better and fuller lives."

Look at the tips on fashion recently posted by MerelyMe in the Health Center's Multiple Sclerosis Central. Browse through this section and you will find columns written by other favorites such as Lisa Emrich and Mandy Crest.

Hi Vicki,

Glad you like the online health networks.
I did not like Wellsphere and found it too commercial/consumer orientated did not wish to recruit friends in return for gifts.
Took me quite a battle to get away from them and have the feed taken off my blog.
Had to mail all available email addresses as cc's before dr. Rutledge respondedd to my many mails.
Hope it works for you.
Keep warm and happy.
Really have appreciated your comments in the past.

Lisa, I do enjoy reading you, and sometimes I just enjoy knowing you are there. You always do such a good job, and I am amazed you have the time and energy to do it so well in so many places!

herrard, I agree with you about Wellsphere. My favorite part is the positive daily thought I have on my sidebar. Maybe it will improve with its new association, because Health Central is so good.

Thanks for leading me to Richie's site. I enjoyed your take and his on the Superbowl.

Merely, maybe the mergers will improve things, or at least make browsing easier. Bigger us better so I hear, but there's another cliche equally appropriate -- Time will tell.

I am generally ok.
